Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order you place with RapidClean Gold Coast, operated by Rapidclean GC Pty Ltd (ABN 48 626 446 777) ("we", "us"), whether through this website, by phone, by email or at our counter. By opening an account or placing an order you agree to them.

We supply businesses. If you are buying for your business, you confirm you are authorised to place orders for it.

2. Business accounts

• New accounts are checked by our team before you can order. We may decline or close an account.
• Keep your account details, delivery sites and contacts up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details private. Orders placed with your sign-in are treated as orders from your business.

3. Prices and GST

• Prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are shown excluding GST unless marked "inc GST". GST is added at 10% where it applies.
• Signed-in customers see the prices agreed for their account. Other visitors see our recommended retail price.
• Prices can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when we accept your order.
• If a price is clearly wrong (for example a typing error), we will contact you before we supply the goods. You can then confirm or cancel the order.

4. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, or when we dispatch or hand over the goods.
• We may decline or cancel an order, in full or in part (for example if stock is not available). If you have already paid for anything we cannot supply, we refund it.
• To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked or dispatched we may not be able to change it.

5. Delivery and Click & Collect

• We deliver on scheduled runs across the Gold Coast, Tweed and Brisbane areas. Delivery days depend on your area.
• Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more (excluding GST). A delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Click & Collect orders are collected from 21 Commercial Drive, Ashmore QLD 4214 during business hours. We let you know when your order is ready.
• A requested delivery or collection date is a request, not a guarantee. We do our best to meet it and tell you if we cannot.
• Please check goods when they arrive. Tell us about damaged, missing or incorrect items within 2 business days of delivery or collection.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.

6. Payment

• You pay using a method available for your account: card, cash on delivery, pay at counter, or on account (invoice) under agreed payment terms.
• Credit accounts must be paid by the due date on the invoice. If an account is overdue, we may pause new orders until it is paid.
• Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have been paid in full for them.

7. Returns and faulty goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

• Change-of-mind returns need our approval first. Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply.
• Opened chemicals, and goods ordered in specially for you, cannot be returned for change of mind.

8. Chemicals and safe use

Always follow the label and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) when you store and use chemical products. We can provide an SDS for any product on request.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, our liability for goods is limited to replacing or repairing them, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

• We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
