This policy explains how RapidClean Gold Coast, operated by Rapidclean GC Pty Ltd (ABN 48 626 446 777) ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

• Contact details of the people we deal with: name, business name, ABN, email, phone numbers, and billing and delivery addresses.
• Account details: your sign-in email and the sites and contacts linked to your account.
• Orders and payments: what you order, invoices, payment terms and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, text message or through this website.
• Website use: the pages you visit and basic technical details such as browser type, used to keep the site working and to improve it.

3. How we collect it

Mostly from you: when you open an account, place an order, or contact us. Sometimes from your business colleagues, for example when they add you as a contact on their account.

• To process, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To run your account, answer questions and provide support.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To keep our website secure and improve our service.
• To tell you about products and offers, if you have agreed to this. You can opt out at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• delivery and courier partners, to deliver your orders;
• payment providers, to process card payments;
• service providers that run our systems for us, such as website hosting and security, sign-in, email delivery and accounting software;
• artificial-intelligence (AI) services that help us read order emails and messages and prepare draft orders. AI only makes suggestions: our team checks them, or you confirm them, before any order is placed;
• government authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Overseas storage

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to standards similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We use privacy-focused website analytics that count visits without advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in and the cart may then not work.

8. Security and how long we keep it

We protect personal information with access controls and encrypted connections. We keep business records, including orders and invoices, for as long as tax and business laws require (generally at least five years), and then delete or de-identify them.
